Summer is definitely the time for barbecue parties. What to prepare to serve your guests something new, something that in addition to the obvious barbecue classics such as sausage or grilled pork neck will appear on our grills? Here are some ideas!

Baked grilled mushrooms

Ingredients

  • mushrooms (as big as possible, they can be grilled)
  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • sweet bell pepper
  • blue cheese (camembert works best)
  • parsley

Method:

Mix olive oil with spices and chopped parsley. Cut out the legs from washed mushrooms. Then spread olive oil with spices in the middle and add a piece of cheese. Thus prepared mushrooms put on the grill and wait until the cheese is baked

Tomatoes stuffed with feta cheese

Ingredients

4 tomatoes

cube of feta cheese (salad and sandwich cheese)

salt, pepper,

herbes de Provence

small bunch of chives
