Zucchini is a healthy, but often underestimated vegetable that has great culinary potential. We can make almost anything out of it. Here are our 3 ideas for delicious dishes with zucchini in the lead role.
Wash zucchini, cut in half and hollow out. Remove the large seeds from the flesh and cut into pieces. Dice onion, garlic and chicken. Fry them in a frying pan. Add zucchini pulp and diced tomatoes and season as desired. Finally add half of the cheese. Put the stuffing into the hollowed out zucchini. Bake in an oven preheated to about 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. At the end of the time sprinkle with the remaining cheese
Slice zucchini about 1 cm thick. Put it into a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with spices as needed and mix well. Press the garlic and add. Leave for about an hour. Then put on the grill and bake for about a quarter of an hour, changing sides
Slice zucchini about 1,5 cm thick. Smear it with tomato sauce and sprinkle with herbes de Provence. Put ham and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
