Homemade dough needs about 12 hours to defrost, so it’s a good idea to take it out of the freezer overnight. When defrosting, it’s best to keep the dough in the refrigerator, and it’s good to take it out ahead of time and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before preparing
