Here is what you need to prepare this smoothie: frozen strawberries, banana, Greek yoghurt, orange juice.
Combining delicious fruit with Greek yogurt is guaranteed to taste great, as it adds a bit of flavor and extra protein. We also tested this recipe with different liquids such as almond milk, normal cow’s milk, and water, but orange juice is the best combination for this smoothie.
Prepare: strawberries, spinach, pineapple, banana, almond milk, chia seeds.
