Hot days are coming and nothing can help us cool down and quench our thirst better than a cold lemonade! Today we give you 4 proven recipes for making it at home

Strawberry lemonade

Ingredients:

  • a dozen strawberries
  • 3 teaspoons of honey
  • juice squeezed from half a lemon
  • a few mint leaves
  • mineral water about 1 l.
  • a few ice cubes

Method:

Wash the strawberries, stalk them, cut into quarters and put them into a pitcher together with the mint. Squeeze lemon juice and add to the rest of the ingredients. Pour water over the whole mixture. Put in the fridge for about 1,5 hours. Serve with ice

Watermelon lemonade

Ingredients:

  • seedless watermelon pulp, approx. 350 g.
  • mineral water
  • juice of 1 small lime
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • a few mint and lemon balm leaves

Preparation:

Put all ingredients into a pitcher and pour water over it. Put aside in the fridge for 2 hours. Drink chilled.

Lemon lemonade

Ingredients:

  • Juice from 2 and a half lemons
  • mineral water (about half a liter)
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar

Making:

Mix all ingredients in a pitcher. Serve with crushed ice.

Citrus Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 2 oranges
  • 2 lemons
  • cane lime
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • mineral water
  • few mint leaves

Preparation:

Squeeze juice from lemons, oranges and limes. Pour into a pitcher, add sugar, mix well. Fill up with water. At the end add mint leaves. Serve well chilled or with crushed ice.
