Dust build-up on your equipment will cause faster wear and damage. Its prevention is extremely important! Check how to take care of your equipment

Outer casing

Simply wipe off excess dust with a damp cloth to get rid of it. Many housings have removable filters that are easy to take off, so you can clean them thoroughly anywhere. It is worth remembering that the filters block dust from getting inside, so it is worth taking care to clean them.

Compressed air

If you have already collected dust from the outside of your computer case it is worth using compressed air. Hold the can upright and spray it where the dust is visible. Larger clumps can be removed by pulling them out with your hand. A brush can also be helpful. However, it is best that it is made of organic bristles to minimize the risk of charge jumping

Monitor

For the screen, it is best to use special dry cloths to get rid of dust. This is the easiest and safest way. You can also use wet preparations that can be applied with the cloth, but be careful because sometimes after using such a liquid you can only make the situation worse. Remember to splash the liquid on the cloth and not on the screen! If the screen is very dirty, you may want to soak a cloth in distilled water and gently wipe the screen.
