Egg can be combined in many ways, and if you prepare it the day before and store it in an airtight box with some extras, you can take the whole thing with you to work or college.

The first idea is to prepare different kinds of lettuce, egg, avocado and cherry tomatoes. You can drizzle it with olive oil. In a richer version you can also add red onion and fresh cucumber.

Another interesting idea is acombination of lettuce, egg and cherry tomatoes. For more flavor, add a sauce made of olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and crushed garlic.

You can also combine the egg with tuna in its own sauce. All you need to do is add red onions, your favorite lettuce, and cherry tomatoes.

What other interesting egg lunch box recipes are there? For example, you can cook rice and prepare vegetables, among them peppers, fresh cucumber and cooked broccoli. Put the whole thing into a container and add an egg. Enjoy!
