Summer is definitely the time for barbecue parties. What to prepare to serve your guests something new, something that in addition to the obvious barbecue classics such as sausage or grilled pork neck will appear on our grills? Here are some ideas!
Mix olive oil with spices and chopped parsley. Cut out the legs from washed mushrooms. Then spread olive oil with spices in the middle and add a piece of cheese. Thus prepared mushrooms put on the grill and wait until the cheese is baked
cube of feta cheese (salad and sandwich cheese)
herbes de Provence
small bunch of chives
3 cloves of garlic
Wash tomatoes, cut off the top part and hollow out, being careful not to damage the bottom part. Dice the middle of tomatoes together with feta cheese. Add spices, crushed garlic and finely chopped chives. Fill the inside of the tomatoes with the stuffing and place them on the grill grate. Roast for about 15-20 minutes.
