It’s accepted that to play sports, you have to have a pair or a whole team. Nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, team sports are much more popular than individual ones. However, we often do not feel like spending time with another person, but we want to get tired and do something good for our body and health. Here are some suggestions of sports that can be successfully practiced by a single person.

Yoga

Yoga is a sport for individualists and for people who want to listen to their own self. You can practice it in the comfort of your own home. It perfectly improves our mental and physical well-being. It increases flexibility and suppleness as well as strength of the body

Squash

This is the perfect sport if you love to move and squeeze out the seventh sweat at practice. Squash is a bit like tennis, but the place of a partner on the other side of the net is replaced by a wall, from which you bounce the ball with a racket. It requires speed and agility, as well as eye-hand coordination

Swimming

This is a sport for solo swimmers, although of course you can also swim in teams. It is great for improving the functioning of the whole body. Allows you to calm down and strengthen all muscle parts. In addition, it has a positive effect on our respiratory system
