1. Omelette with peas
Preparation time: 15 minutes
This delicious vegetarian omelette with peas is a nutritious hot breakfast that you can prepare in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
3 eggs,
half a can of green peas,
a teaspoon of cream cheese,
a teaspoon of butter,
salt, herbal pepper.
Additional: cherry tomatoes, bread
Preparation:
Drain the peas from the marinade and heat with the butter in a saucepan.
Beat the eggs and add to them a little salt and herbal pepper.
Heat the butter in a frying pan, add finely chopped processed cheese and immediately add the eggs.
Fry the omelette until the eggs are slightly set, then add the prepared peas. Fry for a while and then turn over to the other side to lightly fry the omelette.
Serve with cherry tomatoes and your favourite bread.

Ingredients:
3 slices of toasted bread
mozzarella cheese
1 tomato
mayonnaise
clove of garlic
Dried or fresh basil
Preparation:
Smear garlic on slices of bread, then spread mayonnaise on them.
Grate the mozzarella on a coarse grater, slice the tomatoes.
Sprinkle the slices of bread generously with mozzarella, put tomato slices on it and finally add a little basil.
Bake the slices in the oven at 180 degrees for about 5 minutes.
3. Sandwiches with herb and garlic paste
Preparation time: 10 minutes
This delicious sandwich spread can be made in less than 10 minutes. It tastes best with fresh whole grain bread.
Ingredients:
wholemeal bread, such as graham crackers,
a bit of cottage cheese,
a clove of garlic,
a teaspoon of mayonnaise,
a bit of parsley,
spices: herbes de Provence, oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme.
Preparation:
Crush garlic and mix with cottage cheese, finely chopped parsley and herb mixture.
Spread butter or margarine on bread (if bread rolls, cut them in half).
Generously spread the prepared paste on the bread.
